★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diana was handed down to me as advisor since my previous advisor retired or moved on elsewhere. I have nothing positive to say, since my only experience dealing with her has been a month of trying to get her to contact me or answer my emails about questions I had re policy increases.
I spoke to her assistant twice and all she could say was that I was on Diana's list to be contacted. But meanwhile, no call, no reply to my emails from Diana.
I finally had to contact sunlife directly to get info and make changes. No need for an advisor like this.
