★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't waste your time and energy with this guy. Every minute and question has a dollar sign. He refuses to communicate openly and if you dare ask any questions that cannot be validated by additional payment toward him, you'll be responded to with cynicism and arrogance. This happened every time I asked any questions about tax laws or my tax returns.
Despite being a loyal return customer of 4 years, I asked a simple question about the protocol around claiming support payments, only to receive an aggressive, sarcastic response. Given my question, Greg determined, my question involved "things that are not particularly material in $ terms, can’t justify the time". Then he proceeded to drop me as a client without notice, simply from asking a question. I dealt with this attitude for 4 years and said nothing, but now that he's dropped me without notice, leaving me screwed, I'm speaking up. Don't waste your time!
