Staff are rude, uncaring and quick to blame anybody but themselves.

They have a telephone number posted, but I am not sure that anyone has enough patience to be able to get through to an actual human being. If you live close it's faster to drive there.

I went in with an extremely difficult request about looking up my history from years back and Diane was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me get the information I needed. I highly recommend them for their great service and pleasant personalities.

Great branch, they are very forgiving when I used to lose my debt card every other day lol. I never paid for a new one once!

Every time I go to the teller, I feel like I am bothering them. They seem irritated to help me. Poor attitudes. If I have the time, I will drive to St. Albert; never a bad experience there!

Staff make you feel uncomfortable. They have never been able to help me with any of my issues. Just use this bank if you plan on using a bank machine forever. Don’t need names of the uncaring staff it’s all of them. Go to St Albert

If possible I would give them 0 stars. My wife and I went through them to get a mortgage and line of credit for a purchase plus improvement. Through the whole process they went back on their word multiple times, complained about the amount of time we gave them for closing (two weeks), which is what they told us to give them from the very beginning and were still unable to meet the deadline. They did not submit all the required information, which they had in their possession, delaying the process. They were unable to perform simple math (addition and subtraction), as they came up with a value that would end up costing us an extra $13,000, I walked them through why they were wrong and how the math should go, and it still took multiple financial advisers and the branch manager four days to figure out what went wrong (which happens to be exactly what I told them). ---This was admitted by the financial adviser we dealt with Then they complained they didn't have enough time to complete everything in the two weeks they had, it took another financial institution two days to finish everything. After all that we decided to continue with them, because they were going to give us a line of credit for renovations to go along with the mortgage. They gave us a timeline for when it would be ready, we didn't hear from them by then, so we inquired about it and were given a new timeline. This happened three times (over 5 days) until they finally told us that the head office wasn't approving the mortgage because there was issues with the line of credit application, so they were fighting with the head office about the line of credit ( even though we needed the mortgage approved for our financing deadline, on that same day). We told them they were wasting their time as the line of credit is useless without the mortgage, which delayed our house purchase by two days, costing us extra. All in all, Avoid this branch in Morinvile at all costs. My experience here has given me zero faith in Scotiabank as a whole. Believe it or not, this is the nice version of the review, as their ineptitude still astounds me to this day.
