★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to Still Images in September last year under very short time frame to have photos printed and 1 photo printed and mounted.
Their customer service, conversation and skill are beyond words. I was in a bit of panic as I was running short on time to have these done and they rushed the service (by means of making it priority) and the final product quality was just breath taking.
I will be using their services again, seeing my work printed ignited the desire to shoot more and invest in printing my work. Absolutely lovely individuals working there. Couldn’t have gotten a better experience elsewhere.

Very friendly staff, price was good, went in on Tuesday and had my finished product in hand by end-of-day Friday, all for a good price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jacquie was amazing! She helped my 5 and 3 year old get their passport photos and managed to make it fun for them and low stress for me. I've also had beautiful frames done during COVID by simply emailing my photos and they sorted out the rest. Highly recommend.

I went there today with my 4 months old son to do passport photos for both of us! Grest service, very nice employees! Few minutes and we were done with everything!
They also have a huge selection of frames!
I will be back to frame handmade painting that I bought abroad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $30 for a set of 2 passport photos when the going average rate is less than $15. I've had to use their services a few times, thinking I'll support the local economy but at 100% mark ups I think I'll be taking my business to Walmart next time. Also the customer service was sub par, bordering on unfriendly.

After that, we’ve brought a few pieces to them, requiring different levels of service and with different types of framing required. The team has been lovely every time we’ve come, made wonderful suggestions, been budget conscious, and just warm and helpful. We’re customers for life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't normally write reviews but I wanted to share my gratitude for this printing shop. I've printed here many times and they always do a fantastic job. Whenever issues arise they are dealt with right away. The last time I printed a large batch of photos a few were missing and Jacquie actually dropped them off at my home since she knew I had a newborn I was caring for. That kind of customer service is RARE. I'm happy to support this store and hope they stick around for many years to come. Thank you Jacquie!
