★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked for a quote through their website form and got a quick reply. I was given a quote to print a piece. I had a few more questions so I called the store, was put on hold for 5 minutes then asked to leave my number for a call back. I emailed them again in the mean time and had my questions answered, so I gave the go ahead to print it, telling them my husband will pick it up on the way home from work (during which time they did call back). I received 4 different emails that the print job was ready to pick up, and a note adding that the quote was per page, which doubled the original quote. It wasn't the cost that was my issue, it is the lack of clarity. This, along with being on hold and all the different emails just gave me the impression they are very disorganised. Not sure I will return, despite the printing being done well.
