★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience dealing with Moe and his team at this location. Top notch service every time! Not sure why people are leaving reviews and comments regarding the delivery which has nothing to do with the store since I’m sure he doesn’t control the vast UPS fleet that delivers product across the country…kind of silly if you ask me lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a gift for mother's day. Due to COVID restrictions, both my husband and I are home pretty much all the time. No one tried to contact me and no not was left that a delivery was attempted. I finally checked at the origin of the package, found the tracking number and discovered that it was being held at the UPS store because they were unable to reach me. How was I to know this? On top of that, it was "reaching the end of the hold time" or some such wording. Does that mean it is going to be sent back? I find it highly unlikely that they attempted to contact me, at the very least a notice should have been left. I do not have a car and DO work from home, I will have to take time off tomorrow to bus down to the UPS location to pick it up and hope I am in time. VERY UNHAPPY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible customer service.... I can't believe how rude the women are at this location. If they continue to be this rude this place will definitely close.
I tried to ship a phone and I can't believe how I was treated. Thankfully Puralator is soo helpful and shipped everything without a problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used the UPS store twice now to ship packages and have found Moe and his team to be very helpful to me. I had some issues with one of my packages and the owner Moe was quick to get in touch with me to work through the issues. He worked delligently to resolve the issue which i appreciated, i would recommend his store to anyone needing courier services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t deliver packages and just leave notice at door without even knocking at the door. When we tried to call no one replies and never return calls. Extremely bad service. Always have to go to pickup package even we pay for shipping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though it was so close to closing time, excellent staff member made our laminated vaccination certificates with great speed and efficiency even having to help me get them from my cell to store email account. Very impressive. Much appreciated.
