H	Hillbilly Deluxe DIY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of their drivers nearly ran me off the 401 causing me to swerve and force another driver into the shoulder next to the cement barrier. No signal light or anything just suddenly jumped into my lane where I was not even able to slow down because he just came over so quickly. The only thing the guy on the phone said was that he was sorry and he would talk to his driver. Didn’t ask me for any of my information to get back in touch with me or anything.

I can’t re-coup my loss since they technically delivered it and the store is out of business. I’m going to file a police report for theft of property and just name the whole company since no one will call me back or respond to me. It was a very expensive item and I want it returned or my money back. I’d love to see them go out of business…. Nothing but thieves!!!
T	Tom Rob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an order from eBay handled by Apple Express. They sent me an email on Feb 7 that my purchase would be delivered by 9pm. At 1:30pm on that day, they sent a second notice that my address couldn't be found and my article would be returned to sender. All attempts to contact Apple Express by phone and by mail received no response. The phone number doesn't even ring through. FedEx, Purolator, Canada Post, and DHL have all found me with 0 issues. If you have to ship something, use a courier who knows how to use GPS and who will actually field customer assistance calls.
A	Annabella Ademan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has to be the worst courier- I was home all day expecting my package yet nothing , only to receive a text message the following day that my package was dropped off at a pickup location( a random convenience store) because they missed me. I called them to find out how they missed me since I was home and never received a call, I was told that they called but I didn’t pick up (not true) so then they said the sender added a wrong phone number- I then asked how did you then get the correct number to text me that my package was dropped off at a convenience store for pickup . Very bad service , I wish I could give them 0 stars. After paying so much in delivery fee I now have to drive around the city looking for this random convenience store to pick up my package- I have no idea why Amazon will use such a terrible delivery company. Worst experience

Neither could be bothered to ring the doorbell so that I would know to retrieve the goods for which I paid good money. If less then the minimum of effort and professionalism is what you want these are the people for you.
