★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience I ever had in Canada!!! I had tried to get hold of them over the phone and waited over 3 hours before their time to take calls was up. I couldn't speak to anyone after waiting all this time! MCC needs to learn the basics about customer service...very disappointing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the worst services ever! as they might reject a document for a stamp, and accept the same document with the same stamp for another applicant.
I believe the verifying agents are not qualified for this work as the acceptance or rejection are not based on one criteria!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The medical council of Canada doesn't conduct valid exams, I also find their means of assessing IMGs (International Medical Graduates) to be unreasonable in some aspects. They failed to come to a fair resolution to THEIR own mistake and refused to admit its consequences that I will bring to the attention of the competent court.
Oh, they will also make you fail their NAC OSCE without providing any details, grades, or feedback on your performance whatsoever and their exam fees are 200 - 300% higher than the GMC (General Medical Council of the UK). NAC OSCE is comparable to PLAB 2 which will ALWAYS provide you with feedback on your performance in the exam. Why don't you (MCC) learn from them, guys? I will also raise this concern before the court.
That said, honestly, they were fine at source verification requests and some (not all) of their customer support service personnel are nice and helpful.
P.S: It is good to be FAIR and to ADMIT your mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not related to service but uses a recruitment agency that is purposely vague and clearly reading off scripted answers for a job with the HR department. Red flag for me personally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ robotic answers whenever they do bother to reply to queries. extremely difficult to call them. do not address specific concerns. i have repeatedly highlighted that there is something wrong with my account - that the e mail function doesnt work. the replies have suggested that it is I who is at fault. I have been trying to sort out my application for 3 years - and have lost faith in this dreadful organisation
