I sent a letter from Calgary to Hong Kong. The told me the letter will arrive in 4 days. I found out the letter was delayed and unable to track. I called their customer service, they forwarded my call to Phillippe's call center. No one knows what is going on. Later they told me my letter went to United State and the US government did a random hold for few days. My letter was delayed by another week. It took 10 days to arrive. I went to the store and asked for refund. The lady told me no refund and showed no respect to customer about this poor service. I will never use UPS in my life. On their website, no complaint department, the tracking is garbage, the customer service is horrible. I can't believe a big company like UPS has such poor quality of service. If you ship anything with them, you better expect your package could go to other destinations.

They had helped me with my parcel and they were so upfront about the costs and they even offered me several affordable choices to send my parcel at a cheap cost. It was my very first time sending a parcel and their service was excellent. I’ll definitely consider them to ship my parcel in the future. Highly recommended!!!!

He took the time to explain which letters I needed to send with my package. He offered me a new envelope when my was substandard for shipping. I left with a big smile that made my day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at the store. Probably the worst UPS Store I’ve been to (in terms of customer service). The dude was so mean he couldn’t even let me use their tape to seal my parcel. He insisted I buy the one from their shelve. I was shocked. I chose rather to go to another store close-by (Superstore) to buy the tape but when I got to Superstore, I met a young Asian store assistant, when I told him what I needed the tape for, he offered to give me their store tape to use rather. I went back to the UPS Store to drop the parcel. My using your tape would probably have cost you less than 10c, but you’ve lost $s in patronage cause I'm never coming back.

Yeah, your reviews are "great"; customers keep saying " you are losing me as a customer" for not even helping with giving 1 inch of packaging tape. I can only foresee your score will drop below 4 soon.
Unremorseful customer service is a big no no and business BUS101 Business Ethics. I was not treated with respect and you guys fully deserve it . When I asked for a receipt, you can refuse by saying "it's against our policy". If you agree to do it, do it with glee, not scorn or disdain or anything negative. Hence my verdict stays: you guys have lost your humanity maybe because of your living experiences in a Stalinist gulag.
