They charged me by mistake and Shelby was incredibly responsive and refunded me every penny and offered me a few free classes to make up for the misunderstanding. Absolutely recommend! You are in safe hands with them :)

My special thanks goes out to Nicole who is the director of customer service. Due to having to travel often I have to put my membership on hold like every other week. She is extremely helpful and her response time is on point. Thanx everyone

He is such a lively, enthusiastic instructor that makes every single class exciting. I was super nervous dancing to choreography, especially Beyoncé choreography however, Oleg is patience, and extra attentive with new students. I would highly recommend taking classes at the Underground especially with him!

Booking classes is pretty simple with the mobile app and the website. Really professional instructor and staff, making sure it's a fun-filled experience.Cheers!
M	Michelle H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i've been going there for the past week and got the 4x free trial. at first i was skeptical, because the price was quite expensive, but it's completely worth it! All the teachers are extremely great. usually you have a 15 minute warm up session (more like full on exercises) then you get on to the routine. At the end they let you record yourself if you like which is great for personal development. My favorite teachers so far has been oleg and kaleela! both so so great. Patient and will answer qs if you have any. What a totally fun experience even for beginners. As of right now they require people to wear a mask while dancing - which makes it a safe experience too. One thing I wish they had was a more accessible line of communication (phone is discontinued and i wish they monitored their e-mails more frequently - especially given they have staff on standby). Plus all the staff are super kind Overall 10/10 I love it.
