★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was great, but the guitar technician who was supposed install new bottom Bridge was actually replaced with 4 toothpicks and some phoney brittle plastic which fell apart not long after playing. I not a very experienced player but could anyone tell me if this is normal? Being the price I payed I wasn't very happy along with the wrong strings?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by the store after talking with the owner on reverb. We couldn't come to an agreement at the time but I made a mental note of his professionalism and sincerity. I live 5 hours away, so it's a bit of a drive for me. Brought along a strat I've been building but just couldn't get it sounding right. The staff member at the register made me feel like I was family as soon as I walked in the door. The owner had a look at my guitar and noticed its troubles right away.
I will come back and update this review once the set up on my guitar is done. But from initial perceptions I gotta say that leduc is a lucky town to have such a fantastic family run business for its musical residents. I would not hesitate to drive 5 hours again to give them my business.
Edit: picked up my guitar today. Just got home and tried it out. Fantastic job by the tech. Plays beautifully and honestly feels nicer that I thought it could've. 100% recommend even if you gotta travel to get there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome little shop in Leduc. They had a nice squier strat for sale about 1/2 the price of a new one so I thought I'd check the place out.
The guitar was set up really well off the shelf. The staff was super friendly. They even gave me a good deal on a case too.
Definitely going to visit them again next time I need a new instrument or amp. Worth the drive from the city in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turner guitar is a wonderful local guitar studio that has allowed me to advance my guitar playing ability with patience and ease. I certainly recommend this music studio for its music school and selection of affordable instruments.
I have taken lessons and been paired with an instructor relevant to my music style. I custom ordered a new guitar at a competitive price after I reached a new level in my playing ability.
If someone is looking to take music lessons or shop for an instrument, Turner is a fine choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Turner Guitar this week to inquire about having pickups installed on two acoustics that I own. The owner was very knowledgeable, and generous with his time and patient with my many questions.
It's a credit to him that I returned the following day with my guitars to have the service performed, and left the store having also purchased a new guitar that I fell in love with while visiting.
Okay, it's a dangerous place if you show up with your wallet, but it's gratifying to buy from a local business with such a professional staff. I'll be back.
