They showed me a unit and had me fill out all the paperwork and then told me that I was third in line behind two separate people who had already cleared their very elitist screening process. The building has even less personality than the people working in the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front desk is pretty rude and in general needs some serious training in basic customer service. Maintenance for some reason, can never fix a basic thing, then they give excuses for it. Noise is some of the worst possible in Vancouver , never experienced this much noise from any house or apartment. I’ve moved to a new apartment and it’s been nothing but miracles , quiet , clean, people are awesome , and funniest part is rent is same but has a brand new pool and gym that’s maintained, leaving the Remington has saved me a lot of stress and worry. Save yourself the same troubles and look elsewhere right away , very strange vibes at the Remington.
