★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located near Joyce skytrain station, restaurants, coffee shop, police station, clinic, community center, schools, and church. Small park with a tennis/basket ball court and kids play area. It gets busy here during warm weather moreso now that additional high rises have sprung in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tennis courts and basketball open to public. Great to see this getting used regularly. Most people also know how to use the garbage so it is usually quite clean here. Nice little grassy area to run around with kids and dogs. Or if it snows enough, build a snowman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a very and nice and convenient park, close to the SkyTrain. The tennis courts here have to be among the best surfaces of any public courts in the city. There are only 2 courts, but they are unused a lot of the time.
The adjoining basketball area, though, sees a lot of action.
The only negative here is the lack of facilities, at the site, but there is a portable can about a block away. There is a very good fountain for cool fresh water, if you let it run a bit.
