★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great relationship with the old owner but not the new one. Brought my dog for grooming and noticed some blood stain caused by a cut. The groomer denied causing the cut which is very irresponsible. Have found a new place to take my frightened dog for grooming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have puppies you need to bring them here! We have a 10 month old and 4 month old American bully. They are so well taken care of, they're happy and have a ton of fun while being at the Puppy place. The owners and workers there take care of them like its their children. If I could give 10 stars I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left my puppy here to get groomed and she came back with a broken leg, words cant describe the disappointment and sadness I have. They stated she jumped out the tub which caused the injury, if true they still took no accountability and instead offered free grooming services. In what world would I want to bring my puppy back to the place she broken her leg. I am a little bit disgusted how you can be the one to blame for a puppy being hurt and taken no accountability for it.
I would just like the warn others of my experiences in hopes they say NO to this establishment and do not end up with their amazing puppy being hurt and having a 6k vet bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go-to place to get my dogs nails trimmed. The owners are very sweet. They do it so quick , we’re in and out in seconds. You can tell they really love animals here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love The Puppy's place and would recommend it to anyone. This is the third visit I've had and it's been the absolute best. The staff are all amazing and so gentle with my puppy. Kate especially did such an amazing job!!! she was very informative, patient and just a sweetheart. I am super thankful for the time and care she gave to my little baby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had called in hoping to get in last minute, knowing that most places are booked up. They tried to squeeze me in that day, but unfortunately, I couldn't so they squeezed me in the next day. Sunny is my first dog and they walked me through what they would be doing and answered all my questions. I was told that Sunny was also very good for them during her appointment. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to bring my husky here for a bath. This place eventually cancelled my appointments, stopped picking up my phone calls. Completely ignored me. I found out through a friend(that still takes her dog there) that they did not want to take my dog anymore as he makes too much noise and was peeing on them. Which I find very funny actually haha.
They did not mention this to me even once. Every time I asked them how he has they said oh he was amazing. Why lie to your customers? Why not tell them upfront as to why you don’t want to take him in anymore?
This place is very unprofessional. I take my dog elsewhere and have no problem.
