★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my senior Papillion here as they came highly recommended. I walked in and asked that they shave him as we always have once or twice a year, the lady refused claiming my single coat dog has a double coat, I attempted to ask a few questions but she wouldn't even let me finish a sentence, she continued to get louder and cut me off. I finally was able to confirm he would be trimmed etc.. I should have left with, but unfortunately I didn't. Upon coming back I paid and picked him up and his haircut looked quite nice, until I tried to look closer, he is more jumpy than he ever has been, there is also a spot where they clearly cut his pad on his front paw. I understand that these things can happen but i would assume they would at least notify me. I'm upset at the customer service here was terrible and clearly my little guy did not have a good experience. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a very picky dog owner lol. I tried a t least a half a dozen groomers and was never satisfied. I wanted a proper Wheaten cut... Maggies did an amazing job. The price was good and the service was great. I could feel the love for animals in the room and my girl came home happier from this grooming than she ever has. Thank you Maggies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reasonable pricing and quality work. Washing and styling a Pomeranian can't be the easiest job. So much hair! Over the past year, also done a great job on our Honey. Would be nice if they had an online presence with the ability to book appointments. Entrance is in the rear of a single storey commercial complex across from the West end police station.
