★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facility was clean and staff was friendly. We had been bringing our two pups to Valerie at another clinic much further away, and just happened to know she was available at Pawprints which is so much closer for us. Will be putting the pups on the maintenance program for pampering and cleanup in between full grooms with haircuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Val the groomer she is skilled and very professional, we also had our pup's teeth cleaned there..great results for sure! I would give it 5 stars based on the services but on more than one occasion have arrived with a bit of an icy reception from front desk (2 different staff members on 3 separate visits)..so 4 stars overall.... but 10/10 for grooming

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first time I took my 14 month old golden retriever to this puppy salon and they did an amazing job on her haircut etc., and they took great care of her and made sure she enjoyed herself. Additionally - they were very efficient in terms of answering their messages and booking the appointment, etc. I will definitely be bringing her back here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going there for couple of years this experience was awful. They kept my dog over seven hours and I had to show up to see what happening found him being groomed. Half an hour later when they finally finished with my dog I didn’t even receive a call. I again showed up. They kept him in another room while he cried while I was been told that in additional to the $125+ I was been charged an additional $55 dollars. It’s like I had never been there before and felt like they were holding my dog hostage. I paid the $201 and didn’t want to get into an argument and calmed down and called them when I got home. The person that answered the phone said it was because the dog hadn’t been there since August. The dog was groomed in June, August,October, November ,December.According to the groomer in those five weekends he was totally matted!!And proceed to lecture me about a type of dog I have when I have had a golden doodle for 4 years. Never coming back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We asked for the Asian fusion cut for our little Yorkie, Gigi. Manuela did an amazing job on the cut, looked just like the sample photo we provided! My husband and I were both extremely happy with the cut and the service! When we went to pick Gigi up, it seemed she didn’t want to go home with us; she was so happy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommended Kristy at Pawprints Dog Salon Inc! I have a senior dog Sammy (around 14 years old), he’s a very nervous dog (from past trauma before we adopted him) and I’m always worried where to send him to get groomed. Kristy is amazing with him and I feel so comfortable leaving him there with her! I love the way she grooms him, he looks so cute and he always gets a cute bandana ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our pup recently was groomed recently by Danielle at Pawprints. She came home looking adorable as ever and happy but sleepy! Danielle was communicative and so friendly and the whole salon overall was clean and staff were friendly. We look forward to returning for regular grooming with Danielle.
