★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered cabinets for my store, emailed Wednesday after several days of the order being unfulfilled and was told it was Shipping that week (I’m in Alberta so 1-5 days for shipping). Still nothing Friday so I called and was told it shipped Monday and should be there right away. Then on Monday I finally get a tracking number saying it’s set to ship tomorrow (tuesday). Now it’s in a warehouse someplace but hasn’t been picked up. I am hoping they show up.
I understand things are busy and crazy now, but dishonesty in business and lying straight to customers just to keep them happy on the phone is terrible practice. Good prices but unfortunately I will have to find a more reliable place to get the rest of our furniture moving forward.

I called them for the past two weeks, and they always claim someone will return my call to offer me a quote. No one has called me back, or even tried to offer service. Going to go with a different business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed and order on Feb. 15th. Didn't hear back till 23rd. When I sent a message asking for an update, they said "sorry, free shipping was an error on our website and the shipping is not free, now do you want to pay 20$ extra or cancel?!"
I asked "you didn't know it since then and you figured it out right after I asked you after 8 days?"
They said "we were trying to understand the reason since then and we just figured out you should pay 20$ extra!!!!"
Update in response :
$5 coupon?! no thanks, buy a coffee for yourself, be my guest :))
1- I don't make the same mistake twice. I won't buy from such an unreliable and irresponsible business. ULINE is way more reliable.
2-The refund should have been done a week ago, not today after my message.
3- The issue is the wasted time and the fact that I don't have what I needed in my hands. not the price or shipping fee. your 5 bucks won't help us to go back to the 15th.
