Our pup has separation anxiety and we were very concerned about his first time going to the dog groomer, but they trained and handled him so well. Anyone can tell that they’re animal lovers! I will be bringing my pup here regularly.

I am confident my dog is comfortable here; he doesn’t come out traumatized like he has at other groomers. Nice to see a proper, full service groom with no gimmicks or cash grab extras. Caring is what separates this groomer from a place just offering "a service". From our very first visit we were made to feel welcome, have been extremely well informed of our pup's care, and given advice when needed. The owners understand animals and allow them space to feel comfortable, they always put the animals first. Prices are very fair, I have never been misinformed or overcharged - the opposite in fact, as we have always been told well in advance of any changes. I have a tough schedule to work around yet they always help me find a good time to come in. I could not be happier with their services or care and fully recommend them to others!

My dog is 18 years old now and has the worst anxiety and they handle him so well. They truly go the extra mile to ensure he isn’t stressed out and that he is happy and comfortable when I come pick him up! I know every time I take him he is in the best hands. They know their clients so well and treat you like family and as though your dog is their dog. I would say hands down the best groomers in Edmonton - I would highly recommend them! I had a high stress dog, who I imagine was a nightmare to groom, but they always said how good she is and how sweet she was. When I got a new puppy I did not hesitate to bring her to Pet Pet Wash, and they have been so good. At Christmas she even came out with a pretty Christmas bow! Jenny and her team are considerate and very professional.

Jenny was really good with him and actually did a great job removing his shedding under coat.(Boarder collie mix breed) no groomer had done this so well around his neck and chest area before. Thanks Jenny, he looks great!
