★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not often that a company exceeds customer service expectations like The Pump Shop did for us this morning. Thank you! We had issues with what we thought was the well pump last night. I called The Pump Shop this morning and we had a team at our door in an hour. The team was pleasant, informative, efficient and made this stressful experience positive! Thank you so much to the service agents and the main office contacts I spoke to early this morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people who work at the pump shop are amazingl! Thanks to Les who troubleshooted our water pump for our well. All the guys we dealt with were knowledgeable helpful polite and friendly. Special thanks to Mat and his partner who replaced our ailing pump. They were so professional and skilled and a pleasure to have in our home.We would highly recommend the pump shop to everyone! We truly trust this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last minute service on the Saturday of a long weekend... I can't tell you how much I appreciate the prompt friendly service. The servicemen who came were excellent, neat, tidy and extremely friendly. The staff at the office were great too! Pulling a well pump in the rain is no fun... but the servicemen did it with a smile. Huge thanks from all of us!
