Haliburton RPM

Been three years since we purchased our CForce500 from here. Blaine was great during the process, and they even found an issue before delivery which they made sure was taken care of. Three years later we have had zero issues with our machine and continue to use it to maintain and build our property. Thanks guys for taking care of us.

Super helpful staff. When other shops couldn't fix my Arctic Cat Atv or refused to, these guys saved the day. It's a bit out of the way for me but worth the trip.

I was verbally quoted in the neighborhood of $1400. to rebuild my artic cat snowmobile. Price seemed reasonable and took the machine in. Told by front desk person they will take a look and price out. I also asked them to fix the electric starter. I was called within a few days and was told the price was $1600. I said go ahead. Three weeks later they call me and asked if I wanted the lower end done which would be three hours labour and parts. I stated I brought it in for a total rebuild. Through discussion, I agreed I would go to $2000 for everything. They called me a week later and said it was ready. I asked what was wrong with the starter. They said that was not part of the work. I said look at the work order as it is on. They then fixed it or so I thought. I picked it up, paid, used it a few times and electric starter would not engage. Took it back, charged me another couple of hundred. Starter now takes 15 to 32 turns of the key before it will engage. Total they charged me on the machine was$2600. After a tank of gas, the primary clutch exploded into pieces coming through the cowling and bottom of the machine. In order to do the rebuild, they had to pull the clutch. I suspect they damaged it. Call them back, unwilling to do anything. I spent $2600. I will never deal with them again. This happened Dec Jan 2020. I ended up taking my sled to Performance North November 2020 in which I had a rebuilt clutch installed and a very positive experience with them. They informed me for far less money, I could have had a totally remanufactured engine for $1200 plus labour. I am expecting my rebuild not to last based on everything I went through with RPM It is going to be interesting

Please don't rent a boat from Haliburton RPM! My family rented a boat from them in August and it cost us over $1,700 for 6 days. They charge a ridiculous amount to deliver (both ways) and the boat we received was dirty, old and right away had issues. It completely broke down on our 3rd day. They only reimbursed us just over $400 and still charged us the pick up fee!! We have rented boats and jet skis from other companies for less money and never had issues. We were left with no boat and disappointed kids who wanted to tube and water ski and worst of all a company that jilted us. Stay away and take your business elsewhere!!!

Mike the "mechanic" is excellent at his trade and honest. I had 2 Arctic Cat sleds serviced. The inspection and required maintenance was top notch. I am confident we will have a worry free season. Thanks Mike.

Their kindness knows no bounds. On a long and tiresome motorcycle trip, we were in need of a few tools that we thought we had, but didn't. One phone call to Haliburton RPM and they offered to not only provide the tools so we could work, but didn't charge us a dime. Much obliged and indebted Team Haliburton RPM!!! Highly recommend their business!
