The parking lot is supposed to be a one- way but a lot of people disregard the signs posted around the parking lot. Overall it’s a good location to stop into if you’re in the Halliburton area.

J	Julia Schultz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I get a tea it's great, however, if you order food at the driveway you get the wrong order everytime. A plain bagel with cream cheese and tomato was my order, I got a cheese bagel with butter which is cheaper then what I ordered and paid for.

Yes, I understand it is a busy spot, but my bagel consists of 2 steps (3 if you include the slicing of said bagel). It is not a challenging order. I am now stuck eating this dry crumbly bagel. Please try harder.

J	Jess Hannah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is really awful at this location. There is one lady in particular who won’t even respond when you tell her to have a nice day or say thank you. She barely even looks at you to hand things out the window. I’m just astonished how someone can be so rude for no reason. This wasn’t just once. This happens every time I go there, others have said the same thing. Worth the drive to minden Tim’s. They can at least smile at you and respond when you speak.

At least we got what we ordered for once, but apparently they've switched to mustard since I last got ham and cheddar, making my dinner (that I was looking forward to since I do not splurge often with a takeout meal) inedible to myself. I gave it to a neighbor, hoping it would get eaten as it was expensive to throw out/waste. If they'd just ask about sauce instead of assuming we all want the same type, it would save a lot of troubles with wrong orders etc. At least they listened to me when I said not toasted, first time for everything though! Getting the wrong order is quite common, as is a long wait for what's usually a simple order.
