★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the new Southwest Chipotle Chicken Club and it was sooooo yummy! But what really impressed me is that the gentleman (owner?) actually came out from behind the counter top point me in the direction to be able to sit near the water to eat the sandwich. (I'm from out of town.) He didn't hesitate for a moment when I asked for directions. That's excellent service and I'll be back when in Haliburton again. Here's some pics I took while eating my sandwich by the lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived in the establishment and with my baby girl and I needed to change her diaper. However, only the women's washroom had a changing table. When I brought this to the manager Neel's attention, he said "I don't think this is a problem." In fact, his employee stated that I'm a single mother and it doesn't affect me so I don't really care."
I'm going to urge people to avoid this establishment given their indifference, their callous response and their clear lack of equality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service slow as there was only 1 person working the counter. I was shocked to see 2 tables back to back packed with highschoolers though. Owner/manager should have made them leave as they appeared to be just " hanging out".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Subway I have been to. Always quick and kind. Japan even offers to change his gloves if he has prepared sandwiches with meat on them because he has taken the time to observe that I am vegetarian, which is so so kind and above and beyond. They're all great there!
