Made a reservation at the restaurant 2 days before planning on dining, only to be called a few hours before our visit and told, too many other people now also want reservations so we have to cancel yours. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and disgraceful customer service. People plan ahead for a reason and make reservations to guarantee service during busy times. What's the point of even taking reservations if you cancel them on a whim for no acceptable reason? Avoid this unprofessional establishment like the plague.

Last night I tried the roasted beet and squash salad, and the BBLT (brisket, bacon, ...), and I'll definitely order both again. Plus friendly, attentive service!

We were looking forward to celebrating our 30 anniversary, share a bottle (or 2) of wine, not having to drive, as we were staying at Pinestone. Hostess informed us that the only tables were for 5 patrons or more? Offered us a table outside, which we declined as it was a cool evening and planned to dine for awhile. She then went to ask management, and returned to say we can sit at bar on stool, "not at table in case a larger party comes in). Again, we planned to dine for awhile. We would have been fine if she offered stools until a table available, or said there would be an hour wait, or if they were at their inside dining capacity. To be declined service, in case a larger group came in is unacceptable.

He really made the night for us and assured we were taken care of at all times. Much appreciation for the service and also Mike in the kitchen made some very delicious food and the fish & chips was amazing. I’d come back and look forward to the changes going to be made at the Pinestone Resort & Stone21 in the future!
