About Forbes Holiday Resort
Should you forget something, don't worry! We have a store located on-site. It's fully equipped with a lot of the things you may just have left at home. We also sell ice cream, chips, candy, fishing gear, bait, gasoline, hats, shirts, and sweaters.
Espanola is located 15 minutes to the north of the resort. In 'Town' you will find, grocery stores, beer and liquor store, hardware stores, restaurants, and many other 'necessities' you may need.
Little Current is located 25 minutes to the south of the resort. All of the above amenities can also be found there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been vacationing here with my family for 32 years. You can find your own favorite fishing hole. Take your family to a different island every day for a picnic. Cabins 6-10 your boat is steps from the front door. So much more to enjoy!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sept 18th just got back from here and all I can say is if you want to catch fish this is the spot! Cabins were clean and nice. Staff were super friendly very knowledgeable about fishing hot spots beautiful landscape! We went for muskie on the mind but came up short couldn't go out to the bay with a 20hp .. but we trolled around every island it felt like . Lost track of how many pike we caught and bass ,jumbo perch but I did catch the biggest Northern Pike I've ever caught. 45 inches 16.4lbs or so... ? we are coming back for sure !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing resort for families!!!! Came with our daughter and nephew and they had a ball!!!! They seriously caught over 100 fish off the docks in 3 days! They loved it! Jumping off the docks were fun..... It was very relaxing :) the cottages were a great size :) everyone was super nice and friendly. Can't wait to book again next summer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for a week during the summer of 2021. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere.The cottage was comfortable with all the everyday needs supplied, fabulous outdoor fireplace, and amazing views. The owners were friendly. I'd say it's a wonderful place to create family memories.
