Their installation team was great and got everything delivered, setup and running in an afternoon and spent the time making sure we knew everything about keeping it running smoothly. I have since been back to get the water tested (complimentary) and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what chemicals to add to maintain the correct water balance. I would definitely recommend them for the sales, service and support after you have made your purchase. Thanks and looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

We decided to go with Paradise Leisurescapes primarily because of the excellent customer service. They were kind, friendly and ready to answer all our questions. They sell quality products which they stand behind with a formidable warranty. They have been able to provide us with all the information we need and their store even has an in-house water testing facility which is free to use for customers. I am happy to work with a Saskatoon-based business. Today I am looking at a wonderful hot tub in my back yard. In the years to come I will work with the team at Paradise Leisurescapes to maintain my new hot tub, and honestly, I feel as though when I go in I will be visiting friends. Lorne was the salesperson we had the good fortune to work with. He is knowledgeable and friendly without ever being 'pushy'. I felt some other locations in the city were trying to push a 'hard sell' on us or feed us information which didn't match our own research and didn't explain why. None of that nonsense at Paradise. Honest answers and straight talk. Without any reservation, I can say these are the people you want to buy your hot tub (or whatever backyard/rec room accessories) from.

Jaro, was very professional and informative on what to expect with my other pumps and how and when we will have to replace them. Jaro was was very efficient with his time, did a great job and I thought the invoice was very fair. Great job, Jaro and Paradise! Thank you!

And they literally never have any filters or parts in stock. Oh and the service department never calls you back and gives you the run around. I regret buying from this place 100percent.

Top that off with poor service, no call backs on service issues and limited knowledge from staff. Go somewhere else you'll be glad you did.

He provided info about the hot tubs and pools, BBQs and what we would need to put it all together. If your a master of the Grill They have the Yoder and big green Eggs. Sweet.
