Premium Home Leisure - Saskatoon

I bought a hot from them at a show in Calgary March 2019. I wish I had never walked though there door. First when it got delivery the people were rude and unprofessional. Secondly I did not know it was 110V . I had, had a hot tube before so it was all set up for 240V When the electrical people to came they said I have never seen a 110 V hook up . After $500.00 we got it worked out. We had to call Premium and talk to a Tec there. I was told by Mr. Ryan that is was a common mistake on these tubs and was given how to hook it up.. So now we are hooked up and I filled it up and tried to set the heat. I could not as I was given the wrong instruction book. I texted the owner of the this Premium wholesale Mr. Ryan and on Saturday he texted me what to do and send he would mail me an instruction book. I am still waiting for that. So after we got it heated to 102 we got in and it felt like 90 with in minutes and the jets had no pressure you could blow harder than the jets. Mr. Ryan advised that was a 100 V tub. I advised him I was never told it was a 110 V tub and I could not try out the jets as there was no water in at the show, if I had I would have not bought this tub. He said let me see if I can get a bigger pump for it. He came back and said “ Good News I can get a bigger pump for $300.00 and it would give me 60% more jets. I told him at the very least he should cover half the cost. He said you got what you bought and that he had support me on a Saturday by texting me the instruction to heat it. They sent the pump to a dealer in Calgary and they came out and installed the new pump at my expense. I tried again to get Mr. Ryan to share some of the cost and was basically told you got what you bought. I then get a customer survey from Master Spa the manufacture of the tub and I told them about this. They said they would see what I can do but they do not sell them to the retail I have to talk to Premium spa. He tried several times to get them to call me but after 3 weeks he said I can not make them call you sorry. So I am writing this review in hopes that NO ONE ELSE gets caught by them. If I was you I would RUN the other way if you are looking at dealing with Premium Wholesale Home and Leisure they do not care what I have to say or could care less about me and my tub. The water is still not more that 90 after you get in . If I could put it on my back and carry to there office and drop it in there lap I would. What an unprofessional company to deal with but they have there money so it just to bad for me.

I bought a really nice JOOLA ping pong table from Premium Home Leisure. It came really fast and the delivery was efficient and friendly. Everyone who sees this table really likes it's durability and playing surface. When I need the room, its easy to fold up. Highly recommend the JOOLA brand and Premium Home Leisure for their customer service!

I was in on Saturday and was inquiring about purchasing a dart cabinet. After shopping around online, I decided to make the trip in to Saskatoon from North Battleford to check out the stock Premium Home Leisure had. I was not too impressed with the selection, however one really caught my eye that would look great in the room I would be hanging it in. I ended up purchasing this cabinet after confirming with a lady clerk (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) that all mounting pieces would be included in the box, which she did confirm. After driving all the way home, I realized that while the wall screws were included, the bracket and screws (that the cabinet's instruction sheet clearly indicate should be in the box) were not included. After running around to all the local stores to see if I could quickly purchase a bracket to mount the board, there were none available. I called the store and left a message about the situation and suggested a replacement bracket be mailed, as the cost in gas there and back would not be worth the missing part. I received a call back this morning, informing me that the clerk had "misunderstood" what I had asked about regarding the appropriate mounts being included with the cabinet (although I was pretty clear with that), and that even though the instructions in the box clearly state that the board bracket should be included, she had "put the cabinet in the first box she could find, so the instructions were not necessarily belonging to the cabinet that I purchased". I must add, the box that the cabinet was placed in happens to show the identical cabinet that I purchased. She then informed me that after speaking with her boss (no name given), at my expense, she could mail me the missing part. I have read some great reviews about Rick, and really wish it were he that I was dealing with, but unfortunately it wasn't, and I am left extremely disappointed and underwhelmed with the customer service provided. I will not be returning.

Bought a tub over 3 years ago from Premium, it has run perfect ever since, no problems with it. Every time I visit the store for chemicals or to have my filters cleaned the staff is always great. I highly recommend Premium to anyone looking for a tub.

Would highly recommend Premium Home Leisure if you are looking for a new hot tub or smoker. Our experience from purchasing a new tub and traeger smoker to having a warranty repair done to moving the tub to a new location was top shelf! The great customer service didn’t stop once the sale was made. Cassandra and the team there really know how to look after their customers. Without a doubt a 5 star company!

I purchased a hot tub from them and they were nothing but amazing. They greeted me when I walked in and made me feel so welcomed. Cassandra helped me pick out a hot tub and answered all my questions. They installed and set up my hot tub and are always available when I call with questions about my hot tub. I highly recommend this place everyone in there is very Helpfully.

I brought a Jacuzzi J480 hot tub about 10 years ago and have always been very happy with both the tub itself, and the service. Cassandra was always more than fair and great to deal with. it is not often nowadays that I find customer service exceeds my expectations. Premium Home Leisure is one of the few exceptions. I don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know that are in the market for a hot tub.
