★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't give these people the time of day. My senior citizen mother went to ask if the could source out a soft tub for her being as she is only one person and on a pension. Turns out they were very rude and not willing to help they told her she could buy an inflatable duck. Well a soft tub or inflatable spa is what she wanted not a duck. Well here is your duck Pool-spa said in showroom don't be rude. Social media people word of mouth is everything.

Quality tubs and very good after sales service. You might save a little money at a big box store but who wiill install, setup, teach you to operate things, fix things they they go wrong, and still be around next year?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a new hot tub during COVID. With everything selling out and being hard to get I was worried we would be out of luck. Wavemaker was able to secure a unit for me and even had it installed and set up long before anticipated. Great sales staff, great delivery and set up crew.
