M	Mark Sanderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left a set of tires to be put on rims. Was very unimpressed with the service. I left them at 10am and was told they would call me in a couple hours when they were ready to be picked up. I never got a call that day and none the next day either! I went in at 3pm the next day and they said they were ready waiting for me to picked up! I asked why I hadn't received a call and they said it was because they were very busy. I'm very unimpressed and will not be returning to get automotive work done again. Very unprofessional. Sadly I will probably have to shop here as we are limited to places we can buy things locally in this small town. I live in Bracebridge now and will only use that Canadian Tire.
E	Elizabeth Pawliw- Fry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices have shot up. Layout is super boring. The staff are nice. I love Canadian Tire but it's so expensive and really stale at the moment. Shake it up! New products! Canadian Tire - you need some pizzazz!

The exception being the Service Manager -10 stars - with his grumpy disposition and negative higher than God attitude. The most unfriendly negative entity I have run into in any Canadian Tire Store.
M	Miles Brush on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello I have had two bad experiences this time I wouldn't say is fully there fault but its a tool and equipment store first and really think they should stock chains for all new saws mine isn't small or old its a 572xp still available new and the time before that was the bracebridge location I went there with product in stock showing online one of the workers said yes it is but pretty much good luck finding it myself looked threw as much of the store as I could for about half hr went back asked for a hand and got a very rude I am busy not the customer service I have came to know or even expect

They took my appointment at the last minute and did a quick but good full-on brake replacement all way around. The service was quick and seems to be holding up well. I appreciated the work, even though it cost me $1500. I also asked them to replace a fog light. They charged me for it and said they did it. The next day I realized they forgot the fog light work. I called to ask if they would just shoot me a refund, as I lived 4 hours away. I wasn't mad. I just figured they forgot or overlooked this extra work. I called to talk to them about it. They were confrontational and denied this could ever happen. I spoke with Bob the manager. His client service was awful. He accused me of lying. He refused to refund the work that hadn't been done. I have no recourse. I can only write a review in hopes that Bob, as the manager, learns to work better with customers and not be so defensive. Mistakes happen. Owing them is important. As long as the approach to customer service that I got at Huntsville Canadian Tire is the norm, the customer will lose.
