J'achète des boucles d'oreilles, la dernière paire de ce modèle dans le magasin et les seuls qui m'intéressait. Je veux les mettre rendu chez moi elle brisent... Du coup je retourne au magasin pour me faire rembourser, impossible . Le magasin veut seulement faire un échange. J'ai du donc me rabattre sur une paire que je n'ai jamais mis. Même si elle valait le double de la valeur je n'en voulait pas . Perte d'argent , la dernière fois que j'y vais. J'ai pensé faire une plainte a la protection du consommateur, mais pour 10 piace je ne voulais pas perdre mon temps. The store with a bit too aggressive no refund policy. I buy earrings, the last pair of this model in the store and the only ones that interested me. I want to put them back at my house they break ... Suddenly I go back to the store to be reimbursed, impossible. The store only wants to make an exchange. So I had to fall back on a pair that I have never worn. Even though it was worth double the value I didn't want it. Loss of money, last time I go. I thought about making a consumer protection complaint, but for 10 pieces I didn't want to waste my time.
