Et Bravo la cliente enceinte devant moi à 19h55 qui a remet a sa place la dame sans façon au comptoir postal. I changed pharmacy for a long time because the wait was too long. And Bravo the pregnant client in front of me at 19:55 who has put in his place the lady without ceremony at the postal counter.
A	Antoine Benoit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La personne au soins de beauté était souriante et vraiment de bonne humeur, toutefois nous ne pouvons pas dire la même chose de la personne chez Poste Canada, qui était clairement écœurée de sa job, et de ses clients, qui veulent juste venir chercher leur colis, cette femme était condescendante, avait un ton arrogant et honnêtement a passé à deux doigts de me dire qu'elle se fou que mon colis n'est pas arrivé encore. Le tout étant bien certaine de hausser les épaules pour me démontrer à quel point elle s'en fou. The person in the beauty care was smiling and really in a good mood, however we can not say the same about the person at Canada Post, who was clearly disgusted with his job, and his customers, who just want to pick up their parcel , this woman was condescending, had an arrogant tone and honestly went on the verge of telling me she was crazy that my package did not arrive yet. All being sure to shrug to show me how much she does not care.

Il est possible de faire des photos pour le passport ou le permis de conduire. The establishment is very clean. You will find the necessary pharmaceutical there but also a Canada Post office. It is possible to take photos for the passport or driving license.

La circulaire indiquait clairement 25 % de rabais sur tous les produits Vichy. Je voulais me procurer un coffret et bénéficier du rabais mais ils n'ont jamais voulu me le faire. La caissière a fait venir un superviseur qui a refusé de me donner le rabais (même s'il m'a dit ne rien connaitre au département des cosmétiques !) et la caissière a même appelée la chef cosméticienne qui était en congé (Rachelle) et elle a aussi refusée de me donner le rabais. Ça doit faire au moins 15 ans que j'achète les coffrets Vichy lorsqu'ils sont en rabais comme ils l'étaient. Auparavant j'achetais sur la rive-sud de Montréal et j'avais toujours les rabais, mais je viens de déménager en Estrie et c'est la 1ère fois que je me fais refuser d'appliquer ce qui est pourtant écrit dans la circulaire. Je ne retournerai plus à ce Uniprix. I went to Uniprix Isabelle Dupont 338, rue St-Jacques Granby recently to get me Vichy products. The circular clearly stated 25% off all Vichy products. I wanted to get a box and take advantage of the discount but they never wanted to give it to me. The cashier called in a supervisor who refused to give me the discount (even though he told me he didn't know anything about the cosmetics department!) And the cashier even called the head cosmetician who was on leave (Rachelle) and she also refused to give me the discount. I must have been buying Vichy boxes for at least 15 years when they are as discounted as they were. I used to buy on the south shore of Montreal and always had the discounts, but I just moved to Estrie and this is the first time that I have been refused to apply what is written in the circular. I will not be going back to this Uniprix anymore.

Malheureusement, le service par la préposée au comptoir était totalement irrespectueux.la madame(âgé) en question…. je me suis présenter à 14:57 pour déposer des coulis DÉJÀ payée . Elle a dit comme quoi que ça caisse été déjà fermée(ca ferme à 15h) et que c’était trop tard. Quand j’ai demander pourquoi était fermé Ella à dit comme quoi elle avait un rendez-vous et que c’était pas son problème. Elle était là ce samedi 8 janvier(14:58). Terrible comme service surtout que il y avait rien à payé uniquement scanner et l’envoyé. The notice concerns the Canada Post counter. Unfortunately, the service by the attendant counter was totally disrespectful. the (elderly) lady in question…. I arrived at 2:57 pm to drop off some ALREADY paid coulis. She said as though it was already closed (closes at 3pm) and it was too late. When I asked why was closed Ella said she had a date and it wasn't her problem. She was there this Saturday January 8 (14:58). Terrible service especially since there was nothing to pay just scan and send.

Je devais retourner 2 commandes d'une valeur de plus de 600$. La dame a inversé les bons de retour et quand je lui ai mentionné elle m'a ''gentiment'' dit qu'il était trop tard et que je devrai m'arranger avec les compagnies pour régler les problèmes d'expéditions et mes remboursements. Clairement, elle ne s'était pas levée du bon pied et ça se reflétait sur son service à la clientèle. Quand j'ai réalisé qu'elle n'allait pas changer les bons de commandes, je lui ai simplement demandé de me redonner mes 2 colis et elle m'a dit que c'était impossible d'annuler les transactions. Je n'e revient toujours pas à quel point ça été désagréable et malaisant. Il y avait d'autres clients. Pour le reste de la pharmacie, le service a toujours été bien. I had to return 2 orders valued over $ 600. The lady reversed the return vouchers and when I mentioned to her she 'kindly' told me that it was too late and that I will have to make arrangements with the companies to sort out the shipping problems and my refunds. . Clearly, she hadn't gotten off on the right foot and that was reflected in her customer service. When I realized that she was not going to change the purchase orders, I simply asked her to give me back my 2 packages and she told me that it was impossible to cancel the transactions. I still can't get over how unpleasant and uncomfortable it was. There were other customers. For the rest of the pharmacy, the service has always been good. Too bad having to leave a bad review.
