Test prints looked pretty good but when I submitted an order for just one plaque mount, asking it to be done asap so I can see how it turns out before ordering a whole bunch more for a showing, I was promised it would arrive on a certain day, but it is now a week late. I asked TLW to follow up with shipping company since they made the choice of shipment. All they could say was "It's out of our hands now." Not only do I not know what my order costed, but the ordering process was clumsy since I couldn't submit orders of different finishes in one go. Initial test prints looked fairly good, but there's no way I would rely on them for final delivery if I needed the shipment by a certain date for a showing. It seems they cannot keep promises because my order ran through a long weekend. I don't normally enter bad reviews, but I still don't have my shipment in hand and I wonder how they can charge me money and not care that their shipment is more than a week late. UPDATE: The manager and I have spoken since this incident. We have come to an understanding that this was a mishap and should have never happened. The manager has also assured me that changes have been made to internal processes to mitigate such occurrences again. I believe they have also reached out to the shipping company who damaged the plaque mount during delivery. I was also issued a refund without issue. Given that I was happy with the initial test prints, I might try TLW again on smaller orders to see if process changes have actually been made. I still would prefer the order process to be more streamlined so I don't have to submit multiple orders for different finishes. Finally, I would like to receive a copy of the order upon submission, and I would like to know how much I am charged upon shipment. For now, I will upgrade my review to three stars. Hopefully, this will never happen again to me or anyone else.

Excellent products and top notch service. An item was missing from my order and the missing items were printed within 10 minutes (which is an easy amount of time to pass while wandering around Don's). They even cave to find me in the when my order was ready.

Quality has always been fantastic however my previous experience has made me think I will take my business elsewhere. I purchased a canvas for a client and there was a noticeable flaw in the canvas. When I mentioned this to the workers they remade the canvas and sent me photos of the canvas that still had the flaw. Lab works said that unfortunately they could not get around the snag that went from end to end of the canvas and I was only offered half a refund. Prints are beautiful and true to colour but steer clear of canvases as you will still end up paying for a product you can not hang in your home.

Just had some 120 e6 film developed here! It is great to have the option to have the positives mailed back to me. Overall a great option for photographers in Calgary to use to get film developed.

Got some 35mm and 120mm film negatives processed recently, excellent quality the negs are diamonds. Great option for us film photographers in Calgary who have no place to get film developed, their mail in process is simple and the turn around was fast.
