★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered last night for the family and was really disappointed. We ordered online through the company website for a pickup time, to be told "our email doesn't update often" when I arrived for the time slot, had to wait an additional 20 mins for food. The person serving offered a free desert for the confusion, which was nice. Got the food home Nachos were bland wings were burnt "all three pounds". We had the buffalo cauliflower bites which were excellent and the chicken flat bread which was great. The desert they gave us was chocalate cake which was hard and stale. Was completely disappointed and won't be back not worth the $100.00 we spent. Also wasn't overly busy so not sure why the quality of the food suffered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pub food I've had in a while. My partner and I went after 10pm last Friday night, not expecting much but we were absolutely blown away by the food. Hands down the crispiest wings we've ever had (just ordered some for lunch today and I'm eating the rest five hours later but somehow they're still beautifully crispy under the sauce!) Deliciously thick spin dip with pitas, fried pickles were good. My burger was cooked nicely, super soft bun that was sturdy enough to hold all of the fixin's in place. Awesome nicely cooked hand cut fries.
We just moved to the area and this was the first place we tried (in the hopes of finding a nice regular joint,) and we now really don't have any interest in looking much further for a quality pub with great food and good drinks!

I love the atmosphere of this place and the food. Always a pleasure to be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quaint pub with a great wait staff. The drink selection is excellent and the food was good (but a little pricey for its quality). The atmosphere is not very intimate or warm and would be ideal for drinks with friends with apps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in town visiting for the weekend. We just wanted to go out for a drink and have a table to sit down and enjoy our time together. After an hour of bar hopping we came across the pheasant plucker. To be honest, at first glance didn't look as pleasant as it ended up being.

- knowledgeable and verse bartender
- great place to actually hang out, drink and eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered take-out online from here for the first time - 2 orders of haddock & chips, and one order of the chicken tenders. The fish and tenders were amazing! There was one item missing from the order. A friendly staff person handled this in one phone call, with efficiency, grace and generous compensation! Highly recommend this pub!
