She knows the law, she knows your rights and will provide amazing advice while putting your mind at ease. I love the fact that she is so down to earth and casual, and is extremely easy to talk to. She makes you feel comfortable and as though you are a friend or family member rather than a client. Her staff and office are welcoming and helpful. She is one of the best lawyers I have ever dealt with and I am thankful to her other clients who have referred me to her. She is kind, sympathetic, patient and understanding. She knows what has to be done and does it as quickly as she can with a great attitude. You won't always get a hold of her 24/7 (which is completely normal for a lawyer) but her staff is always there to pick up the phone. They are helpful and have good service . They let her know you called and she gets back to you as soon as she can. I think if someone expects to be able to get a hold of a lawyer 24/7 they need to change their expectations. Relax and stay calm. You should, knowing that Katheryn is taking care of everything, because she is! Ms. Junger got me the full custody I was seeking and I am so completely happy and grateful to her. I can't thank her enough! The whole time she was confident and supportive. You are the BEST Katheryn!!
