Y	Yasmeen Nasser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff, great location and amenities but the cleanliness was an issue for me. The room was not clean, it was more tidied up. The couch looked like it hasn't been properly cleaned for a long time, there was dirt behind the tub and mold on the corners. The room didnt smell good or freshly cleaned. Fresh sheets yes but that's about it. I only stayed for one night but noticed the difference straight away. There was no AC, the water boiler and coffee machine were dirty and the fridge smelled really bad.

Right downtown and so close to the sites.... within walking distance. Staff very welcoming. Would definetly stay there again and recommend to friends. Such a great experience and one of the better hotels I have stayed at.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, equipped with Bluetooth speakers and Chrome cast. The soap, lotion, body wash shampoo etc...were all very high quality. Definitely check out the spa and the marshmallow roasting on the roof top. All in all a fantastic experience and will definitely be staying here again when I visit Victoria again.

I stayed only for a couple nights the last time I went but I will be definitely be returning. My only complaint is that the bathtub leaked, But I fixed it in a dime because I know my way around the house. If you are not handy you can call up and employee and he will fix it up for you. The hotel is right beside a coffee shop, library, and beautiful public park. The balcony was the prefect spot to sip on some hot chocolate and watch the views. The hotel is close to many great spots to eat.

I felt so relaxed and refreshed after my night away... the spa staff and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. Would definitely book again!

I love the complimentary washer and dryer that's in the room. Also their lobby is the best. So beautiful. Location of this hotel is also great.
P	Paul Rondeau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was a 5-star experience the other weekend - our family had a great time and the staff were incredible. We booked a 2 bedroom but because of the lower floor and proximity to traffic, we asked to move rooms. Staff were very helpful in moving us up to the top floor into room #602, which was a beautiful PH suite with a huge patio. I would highly, highly recommend this room due to the size, renovations, view and light/windows. The fitness facility was well maintained and nicely air conditioned. The pool was decent but like most indoor pools, it was pretty humid. We also enjoyed the hotel's free bike rentals and enjoyed a long ride along the water and throughout Victoria's beach seawall area. We can't wait to return. Huge kudos to the staff here - you were fantastic!
