★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Was told to come sign lease on the following Monday after a viewing, and was assured there would be space. However after calling first thing in the morning and waiting hours for response, they told me they had just signed the last apartment away to other people. Would not be upset by this normally, except for the fact that we could have come in earlier if they had responded to the phone calls early that morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Overlook is in a great location for stores, buses grocery shopping. The superintendents are excellent in keeping the building safe and clean and I find them very helpful. However there are things in the building badly in need of repair namely the balconies and windows. But most of all , the entrance into the building. The lobby is very drab and outdated. Myself a tenant consider my apartment to be my home and part of that home is the lobby . It is not a welcoming site, Cracked floors, a mixture of colors on the floors, empty plant containers with spilled paint and worn metal furniture. All the other Caraco apartment lobbies have been updated with nice furnishings but for some reason, this one always gets thrown aside. We have been promised an up to date lobby for the past twelve years but still hasn't.t happened, Very disappointing. And the rents are high like others in the city but the others are updated . Very disheartening. I have brought this matter to those responsible for the upgrades but have not had any replies from them
