★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went through a rough patch and was accepted into housing! They were very helpful and accommodating for my family! I’m very sad to leave but we are doing significantly better now, and I hope the next tenant whom gets my old place will appreciate the help as much as we did! Thank you guys again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful! Yes low rent but almost not worth it! They dont fix anything! I've called for over 4 months almost every week for safety hazards in my home and never get a reply back! Tasha called and verbally attacked me about an outstanding balance of 67 dollars I've had for over a year, that I went in and paid in march. She went on to tell me "you obviously dont care about your kids...you haven't came in to pay the amount owing" very snobby rude and VERY Unprofessional. Dont like what you do? Get a different career

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've bin homeless for 10 months an I don't owe them money an I have 5 kids an a husband how have bin looking for a place to except us . Because Kingston says I have up to a 4 year waiting list . I was assmaned to say this before but it's bin to long .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it wasnt for their help i would be on the street. I am very thankful for the help. People have to understand the company has more then one place to look after. When i close my door and lock it this is my place, what goes on out there and It doesnt envold me. I stay out of it. Be happy on what you have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, staff at Kingston Housing treat individuals, who require their services, disrespectfully. Concerns, frequently, go unnoticed. Something needs to change.
Especially, attitudes, and/or ideations of people who are labelled, "low income."
It seems people of low income housholds do not deserve respect, care, concern, and/or belief, because they are not considered part of the, "productive society."
I think staff should be given a course to have a basic understanding of how their lives could drastically change, without their control. Also, learn the struggles that they would face. Maybe this could help provide change of thought, and treatment towards the demographic of people requiring their services?
