If you want to wait for over 6 years to have a simple maintenance issue repaired, this dump is for you.
If you want to live in a hot apartment for two or more years all summer because of a broken a/c unit, this slum is for you.
If you want to live in a lousy apartment all winter long with a broken furnace and freeze, this is a place to go.
If you want to travel to Ottawa and appear before The Landlord and Tenant Board to get your routine maintenance issues repaired, this is a perfect slum to rent.
If you want a landlord who will violate any or all your Tenant rights under the law, don't expect anything different
If you want a landlord who cares about your safety, well being and your comfort, stay away from Town Homes Kingston or The KFHC. You can do a lot better elsewhere.

And fire safety. The city took control and now maintenance is being done by Frontenac Housing. What a great difference.
