I googled this company when I was moving to Alberta, they gave me wonderful services, no regrets at all. I recommend them to anyone looking to move within and out of province, you won't regret it.

WTF NOW REPORTEDLY THE TRUCK IS STOLEN WITH ALL MY PROPERTY ITEMS PAST DOWN FROM MY DECEASED PARENTS -!! THIS IS CRAZY NOTICE NO COMMENT FROM THE OWNER & Other reviews are 6 hrs ago and they are referring to my review then you know they are his friend wrighting phoney reviews STAY CLEAR unless you want your property to disappear.. Update I called foothills truck to see if my property is in the back and he says truck is gone ..NOW I HAVE TO CALL POLICE AGAIN WHEN I CALLED MARK FOR UPDATE ON MY PROPERTY HE TELLS ME NOT TO CONTACT HIM WHEN HE STILL HAS MY PROPERTY WO UI LD YOU WASNT TO GO THROUGH THIS HASTLE If I could give this a negative five stars I would Stay away from these shady RIP off artist he still has my furniture in the back of his truck I can't get back because he didn't pay his $1300 bill on his truck he had in shop to get certified when I paid him.$1100 for my move First he tried to put my storage locker under his name and say the price was 200 for the storage locker when I actually phoned into the company found out it was under his name found out the real rate which was half of what he said it was then because he had the storage locker book for me cuz he said he could get a discount rate I didn't think furniture would all fit into small storage locker he had rented but he assured me that it would after the move was done he phoned me up and says it all didn't fit REALLY but he was keeping it on his truck and it was safe and he had lined up some more storage for me at the end of the month I found a place to move I moved in I asked him to bring my furniture by he said his truck was in the shop can't get to it till Monday this is on a Friday I'm already frustrated he tried to scam me a couple of times Monday rolls around no furniture he comes up with a story that the trucking company was just supposed to certify his truck but now he has a $2,000 bill that he's not paying for and my stuff is in the back and they won't let my stuff be released until he pays the bill which they dropped $500 for him on the price to $1,300 and he still won't pay it and I am expected to sit on my floor with no TV no Chesterfield no coffee table while he Sue's the service center then he threatens me over the phone if you hire this company YOU WILL BE SORRY you can talk to the guys at foothills truck and trailer they will tell you how shady this company and confirm my story .. I called police because for all I know he could of sold my stuff and is telling me it is in his truck so I call foothills truck and trailer to ask them if I can come down there and confirm my stuff is in the back of his truck they said no because they had the truck towed off location the police said there's nothing they could do because I entered into a contract with the moving Squad and the move Squad entered a contract with the trucking company so I need to get a lawyer to take him to court.. so I am going down to file a civil suit in court today to try to get my furniture back otherwise I fead up it's been 2 weeks already.. then he goes me sob story about having the money on the 14th thats another 2 weeks away and cant pay until then I gave him $1100 as it was and he offers to compensate me then I tell him to pay his bill i i just want my stuff back then he is threatening me-!! MARK IS A SCAM ARTIST/ CON ARTIST AND HE ISSISTED I PAY CASH SO HE WOULDNT HAVE TO CLAIM IT STAY AWAY moving is stressful enough without having to go through all of this BS.. and TO TOP it all off he damaged some of my furniture on the move he said he would have his furniture repair guy come over and fix it that never happened either Total nightmare

Mark and his gang was super fast. He and the gang took over all the other items that we were going to move for us to make the move alot easier for us. Also reasonable pricing too. Thank you again.

I am pretty sure someone using your company name and your name in Eastern Canada. This person provide invoice in your company’s name posted below. Is this fake? Very horrible experience. Contact me for more details. His invoices even have a GST number to look it like a genuine business.

After reading some of these reviews all i have to say is....... i have hired Mark and his crew a few times and they did a great job. Moving is stressful for everyone and im sure their job isnt easy so if things go wrong im sure its stresses everyone out. Mistakes happen in all buisnesses its a fact of life but this is how we learn and grow. I see alot more positive reviews about this company then i do negative and just cause some people have bad experiences it doesnt mean they all do. I have given The Move Squad many chances at moving me and my family and i have NEVER had a bad experience. I give these guys 5 stars because they do work hard and in most cases do their jobs fast and effeciently. Great job guys :)

I recently moved from Calgary to Whitehorse and dreaded the idea of having to deal with the moving process. I am used to move everything myself which can be a frustrating process. Therefore, I decided to search around to see what my options were. I checked the usual moving companies and of course, websites like Kijiji. I did find a wide range of options but very skeptical of using companies from Kijiji or Craiglist not knowing if they are your modern day scams. In the end, I decided to use The Move Squad and it was an incredible decision! Mark walked me through the entire process and were there to support me in every step of the way. Their movers were great- timely, efficient and skilled. My valuables and vehicle were delivered right on time without any damage and I did not even have to lift a finger. In fact, on the day of the move in Calgary. Mark knew I had to fly out that evening back to Whitehorse and I didn’t have a vehicle I was going to take a cab. The cab was very late and Mark just called Uber and took care of the arrangement to get me to the airport. When Uber came Mark and his crew put my luggage into the vehicle and off I went. Some of the remaining items were remaining in storage and Mark was so professional and made his way the next day to empty out my storage unit. Him and his crew packed the remaining things in the truck and off they went. Mark was always communicating to me of his location and if there were any delays. Lets face it the Alaskan Highway in the Winter is bound to slow down the most season drivers! Local or a Long Distance use The Moving Squad ask for Mark you will be taken care of better than the more expensive options. When I got their quote, it seemed too good to be true. However, it was true with no hidden fees or surprises and he delivered as promised. I cannot imagine moving my things without contacting The Move Squad. Thank you Mark and Team!

Mark and his team did an exceptional job of moving me from Calgary to North Vancouver. They arrived on site 15 minutes early and were careful and extremely professional in loading. Mark kept me appraised of their progress and even arirved with a hot coffee the morning they offloaded at my new home. The Vancouver crew were as professional and hard working as the Calgary team and went above and beyond. Move Squad's pricing and customer service are exceptional. I recommend them without hesitation and will definitely use them again.
