If your injury or condition was caused by a motor vehicle accident (MVA), the assessment and treatment services are covered by both your extended health plan benefits and by your automobile insurance carrier. Our helpful administrative staff and therapists will ensure we access the right funding sources relating to your injury and treatment. Any services not covered by your extended health plan will be covered by your automobile insurance carrier provided all required paperwork and approvals have been submitted and obtained. If you do not have extended health coverage, service fees will be sent directly to your auto insurance carrier for payment.

P	Perry Osweiler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first chose Lifemark at Max Bell for it's very convenient location and vast amounts of free parking. I was very sceptical of Physio Therapy and went in with many doubts. By the end of my first appointment with John, my whole outlook and opinion of Physio had changed. I was being treated for bunion surgery on my right foot and I credit my quick and trouble free recovery to John's magic. The treatments were always on time and very productive. He gave me exercises to do between appointments which were explained in detail and easy to work into my daily routine. This year I had my left foot operated on and I have returned to see John. Treatments are different this year since this foot has reacted to surgery differently then my right did. John is attentive to patients abilities and needs. He listens and sets up exercises that work as long as his instructions are followed. Booking appointments is always quick and easy. There are no wait times, I am always seen at the scheduled time. Barb is the director of this fantastic clinic that I have told many friends about. My son and wife have both used their services and had equally productive and positive results. I highly recommend this clinic, and John for sure.

John was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the physiology behind my injury before beginning with therapy. He took an active approach to recovery with a progression of stretches and exercises. After the first week, there was a noticeable difference in the severity and frequency of pain. After 4 weeks, my shoulder felt better than ever. I now have the tools and knowledge necessary to continue to build shoulder strength with a flexible workout plan and prevent further injury.

He was flexible with how often I needed to come back and would check on how things were doing outside of our appointments. His quoted time to recover from the injury was accurate and he explained what was going on in a way I could understand. John is now helping me work through a chronic shoulder issue that I've struggled with for a long time and he's been great assessing it in ways other physios have never tried. Lots of at home exercises. Would recommend friends, family and coworkers to go

I am glad that I finally went to Lifemark Maxbell. John did a great job helping me with my treatment plan. He is very accommodating and flexible when it comes to scheduling. Right from the start, her initial approach in assessing my current status and providing goals of care in terms of what to possibly expect in the coming months is very organized. Thus far, my regular treatments with her has been consistent and the services included for every appointment is great quality. It includes an assessment, a hot pack for my back and/or shoulder to get ready for the appointment, stretching/massaging the injured muscles and monitoring my progress in completing at least one set of the existing and/or new exercises for the week. It’s worth going there. Barb and her team members are dedicated and committed in providing excellent care. Thank you for your continued assistance.
