The most significant point of my training was in 2005 when I took a Trigenics Course. Prior to this time, I was happy with the results my patients were getting, but I felt limited in my knowledge of treatment for soft tissue injuries and conditions such as Tennis Elbow, Plantar Fasciitis, Frozen Shoulder, and I.T. Band Syndrome. I researched what would help these patients have better results, and all of my research led to Trigenics. I am so thankful for this gift. I have seen many people get their life back with this therapy after trying so many others. I have also completed a number of courses on other alternative therapies such as Activator Techniques, Drop Techniques, nutritional courses, and Graston Technique. All of these are incorporated into your treatments, depending on which I deem best suited for you at each visit.

She has always been able to accommodate us in emergency situations and has treated us in a friendly professional manner. Her and her staff are friendly and professional and provide a high level of service and care. Tara never rushes you and takes time to address your individual needs and does not pressure you into unnecessary treatments. After having a negative experience elsewhere, Tara helped restore my faith in chiropractic care almost immediately! Not only is she incredible at what she does but she's an amazing person as well. She always takes the time to chat, laugh and catch up with me. Every other staff member I've encountered is wonderful as well! I have never been to a chiropractor that I felt comfortable with, and had settled for living with chronic discomfort - until I met Tara. I trust her expertise, and I feel good knowing that her treatments are tailored to my specific needs. Also, I appreciate the fact that Tara is very reliable and does not overbook herself. She has almost always been right on time (or ready early!) for our appointment times. I have never experienced a wait time of over 5 minutes, which shows that she really values her clients and their time. I really love how friendly and personable the receptionist is as well. I can always count on being greeted like a friend, which is a great start to my day!
