★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate to have to write a bad review but I also think it's important that others know my experience with the service I've received from this laser clinic. I would suggest people seek out a clinic that has properly trained technicians as I've received third degree burns because the tech had the machine set too high and have now had one of my tattoo's lasered incorrectly because the tech blindly zapped too close to my tattoo. I had clearly told the tech about my tattoo before the session and she marked it off before starting the session, and when she zapped the tattoo I jumped and her response was "Ooo that was a zappy one" when I got home I had already developed a water blister over where she zapped my tattoo. I was informed that I would receive a call from the manager last week but I have yet to be contacted.
In short find a different clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their Inglewood location is in a shared space with the Healing Bridge Health centre. I found it a bit hard to find the first time, as there’s no outside signage for “Hair Free Laser Institute”. But they do have lots of signs on directions of where to go.
Look for Stax Cycle/CityFit and walk through the main doors. From there, walk to the left side of the building. There are stairs on the left. Go up the stairs and you will see a sign for “Healing Bridge Health Centre” to your right.
The esthetician for this location is Sheena. She’s awesome! The pricing is good, and the treatment process is effective and relatively painless (compared to others I have been to). You can also book your appointments on MINDBODY app, which is super convenient!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been for laser removal to several other places and this place was BY FAR the best (Sydney is very good). Finding somewhere that does men's hair removal can be difficult. Would highly recommend this place / Sydney.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sheena is the aesthetician at this location and she is absolutely wonderful. She makes you feel pampered and cared for, is knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions, and so easy to talk to! Whenever I have a question about my treatment, Sheena is always able to answer it and we adjust according to my needs.
The clinic shares a space inside STAX, on the second floor. It may be a bit tricky to find on your first time going but no issues after that. It's always clean and my appointments are always comfortable.
I always look forward to my appointments with Sheena!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was coming here and I saw the result, really good ones Sheena was so professional, after she left the free hair institute, everything became just a waste of money…. Girls are awesome, but I had 2 time girls changing, and it is like paying for first time, then they change machine and it was more wasting money. Never coming here anymore. Just learn everything about procedure, so you can actually tell them what they doing wrong…
