Amazing! Moving is never easy however when you need to this company will provide you with the utmost professionalism, care and competitive pricing. The staff from owners to the packers/movers are incredible. Prompt, polite, good humoured and caring. They were especially thoughtful in working with me and my vast fragile art collection. Boxing, wrapping as well as the physical moving was so well done. I recommend them without hesitation and will continue to trust them with my belongings in the years to come. I moved from Calgary to Surrey in early July with Nibia’s help. I found them by coincidence. Then gave them a call and sent the info, photos by email. They replied quickly and provided a precise estimation of truck capacity and fair price. On day of moving, the staffs came early. They’re polite, efficient, professional and organized. Every furniture was wrapped carefully and safely by their tapes, blankets and films. Same quality of service was provided in Surrey too. I feel lucky I chose Nibia.

This is a terrible moving company. Andrey Butenko is the least compassionate, mechanical person I have ever dealt with while moving. For my second move, I decided to hire a different moving company and my experience was awful. The workers arrived 45 minutes late and had problems packing the truck, they lied to us about the duration of their break, start time and finish time, which made us pay over $500 than was originally estimated. I tried to resolve the problem, but Andrey was very disrespectful, ignoring my concerns and very eager to simply hang up on me. He claimed that I was lying and that our money was not a factor for him at all. This company broke my hard wood shelf that was antique and was one of my most precious possessions. They scuffed our floors and walls with a metal bed frame, which they showed zero care for. I will not be recommending them to anyone. Hopefully next time I will find a more professional company which cares about its customers and listens to my concerns. One of the guys let a glass table top slip out of his hand, making it fall on our concrete driveway and shattering it into pieces. Andrey has not offered any compensation for this. The whole crew was very lackadaisical when it came to securing my boxes and furniture. It is Nibia Movers’ responsibility to take every complaint into consideration and to respond accordingly, both with the client and the workers. Needless to say, all this mess took place in the midst of a global pandemic. This company also took zero care for Covid-19, simply refusing to wear masks when I asked them politely. Zero professionalism, zero care, zero courtesy. I suggest finding a different moving company.

DO NOT UTILIZE THIS MOVING COMPANY. I am righteously compelled to share my utter disappointment with Nibia Movers. They showed up half an hour later, because they claimed they were having some technical problems. Andrey, his wife Marina and another middle-aged man loaded our belongings a lot slower than the previous company we used. It was probably because Marina did not move a single item into the truck and was simply lousily putting pads on my furniture. During the offload, they dragged a 7 ft iron table out of the moving truck. It shattered the weld on one of its 8 legs. I filed a damage report before they finished their job. Andrey and his team left without even mentioning the approximate date when they can get it fixed. I only received a text message from Andrey 3 days later apologizing for his own complacency. Andrey claimed that the welds were already peeling off before the move and that he is not responsible for the damage, and said that the best he could do is send me $150. The table cost me $1300 to buy! And the money that he sent isn’t even close to afford the repair. The most aggravating part of this is that Andrey sounded like it was my fault. This is a terrible way to treat your customers, especially seniors. I will never recommend this company to handle anyone’s belongings. Simply, avoid.

We found Nibia Movers after doing a bit of research online, and were not disappointed. We had to move across town and it was our first time using professional movers. They gave detailed information about best packing practices ahead of time to ensure the move could get going right away on arrival and that our stuff was protected. Their team was timely on the day (even available early!) and were great to deal with. We'll recommend them to any of our friends who move in the future.

We've moved in from Toronto area to British Columbia in December. Nibia Movers delivered best possible service from start to finish despite road closures in BC due to flood, difficult approach to driveways of both our houses, snow on arrival. Every logistical point was accomplished as agreed, on time, extremely careful. Recommending the service to anyone, long distance or local.

I used Nibia Moving for a very last-minute move from Calgary, AB to Kelowna, BC. Put simply, both Marina and Andrey exceeded my expectations and made my move easier than if I was just moving around the corner. Marina was incredibly responsive and provided a clear and concise explanation of what would be provided with their services. On the day of my move, Andrey was 15 minutes early and him and the team quickly and safely loaded the truck with my belongings, wrapping each item carefully with their moving pads. They even showed up with extra boxes and Mattress bags which I didn’t have time to pick up myself – huge save on their part. Andrey was constantly in contact with me over the moving period to let me know where my belongings were and set clear expectations as to the ETA of my shipment. Everything was delivered exactly as planned with absolutely no damage or concern. I would recommend Nibia for any move that you may have. 10/10 service and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

They are awesome! I am so glad we hired Nibia Movers for our recent move from Vernon to Vancouver Island. We were short on time, but Marina made all arrangements very fast and provided us with a reasonable quote. I have to say that last summer we had a really bad experience with movers while taking our initial relocation from Ontario to BC and ended up with hardly damaged pieces of favorite furniture. So, this time I was kinda skeptical about what else to expect. But surprisingly, Nibia Movers made the whole transition so much easier for us and totally free of any stress. Everyone who worked with our belongings was incredibly helpful, organized, and hard working. They did a great job of wrapping stuff, worked so quickly and efficiently, everything was packed properly, and absolutely nothing was broken or scratched. We were just impressed with their high level of customer service and their attention to detail that really gave us a comfort level with them.
