Very prompt communication and assistance, I've never used professional movers before and had some hesitance with it, however Becka and Shelia answered all my questions (and there were many!) very quickly and communicated very well. Our movers showed up early and immediately got to work. Chase and Spencer were two of the hardest working guys I've ever met. Exceptionally professional, prompt and excellent at packaging and moving everything, involving us the whole time, they worked a very long day into the night and I must reiterate that they are among the hardest workers I've ever known. They unpacked with the same level of professionalism, promptness and care that they showed on the front end. Highland Moving has made my first experience completely stress free and enjoyable. If I ever need to use a moving company again it's a no brainer that I'll call Highland. Outstanding!

We were hesitant to go with a big moving company after hearing horror stories and considered using a storage box move. After the consultation with Jay, he was so thorough and answered all of our questions we decided to go with Highland. We were so glad we did! Jay and LeAnne at the office were so helpful with questions and checked in regularly. Our driver Kevin was exceptionally prepared, honest, hard working and went above and beyond to make things smooth for us. He put us at ease both moving out and moving in and was an excellent leader for both crews. He also made sure to communicate throughout the process. Another huge relief was that Highland provided exceptional service for even a bit less money than the original estimate; their price was very reasonable and worth it. There were no hidden costs and they were transparent with every cost. I would highly recommend Highland and Kevin our driver! The crew, by names, were Tarun, Jay, Raj and Sanjiv. They were excellent!! They were prompt, quiet, efficient, responsive and extra helpful. When they had finished moving the entire contents of the condo into the house, they went above and beyond by helping us to move a fridge to the garage and another into the house. I would recommend Highland Moving and especially this crew. Don’t want to move again…ever. But if I did, I would try to use these guys and this company again.

I loved the detailed room by room checklist, it made me confident that the estimate I received would be accurate and not based simply on hours and mileage, which is vague. The movers were on time and professional. They protected the floors, furniture was well padded, beds taken apart and rebuilt, everything was well orchestrated and efficient. The day of drop off happened the day after a blizzard so had to shovel out the storage facility- which the movers did quickly. I highly recommend this company I will use them again!!

In spite of some covid difficulties highland was able to do a very accurate assessment of what would be needed and came well prepared. They were quick, efficient, and professional the entire time.
