★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place zero stars I would, the manager was arrogant, rude and a disgusting person. He called me liar and was not able to get me a simple freedom sim I had to return 5 times just to get my phone right to find out that the guy chose the wrong number for me. His name is bunnjeet and he’s the manager I am livid and will never be returning to this store ever again. Stay away and never enter this mobile shop. Save yourself the trip and time. I am extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arshdeep gave me the excellent service at store. I am senior person and Me and my wife lost our contacts and images from phones. I went to many stores to recover but nobody able to recover my contacts and images.
I am very lucky that I met with Arshdeep , he is the manager of the store. He helped me to recover my contacts and images in the phone.I am very happy and satisfied now from the store service and thankful to Arshdeep specially.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In September 2020 I came to upgrade 2 phones. Near the end of the deal, I was told by the rep he wanted to try and get me perks (even though I didn't care and told him I was happy with that I was getting) and gave me 3 months free device protection on one phone but could cancel any time. In November I noticed I was charged the 3rd month so I called to confirm and they told me to leave it with them- I was correct I never should have been charged. No response. No follow up. Nothing. After multiple attempts I called the device protection directly (Bright Star) to get a refund. Not possible and would not send me an email for confirmation of cancellation or provide a cancellation confirmation number. Call my provider and they tell me they can't view this protection and cannot do anything about it. Terrible service.
