★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been coming to this location since 5-6yrs. We met KD here long ago and since then he has been our go to person for any cellphone related things. We've recommended our friends, family and neighbors and this place always lives upto our expectations. Go and meet KD the manager here and you won't be disappointed. As an elderly customers we have trouble understanding and using our phones but the staff here is really helpful and takes time to go through each and everything to make sure we're good!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a new phone for boxing day and I got the notification that my phone was ready to get picked up. The line was long, however I understand because of the holidays and covid. I stood in line over over an hour and a half and when it was about to me my turn, a man who just came in and cut the line said he was here to pick up his phone. The lady proceeds to help him. Mind you I have been waiting in line for the same purpose but for over an hour and a half. The whole process of getting my phone wasn't easy either. The lady told me to come back in 4-5 days when I pulled up the tracking it said she had signed for it and it was delivered. She then went back and found it. Overall I was there for 2 hours.

Their follow up survey are really good and always ready to help. I have no hesitation recommending my friends which I have done in past. You Guys are an asset to The mobile shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see some of the other reviewers writing about waiting in line for 2 to 3 hours during Black Friday and Boxing Day. I had to do the same, but when it was my turn, I realized how long it can take to set up new plans and activate the many great deals offered at this time (hence, the long wait, and hence the reason people were lining up in the first place). I think some of you should be more reasonable in your reviews. The world doesn't revolve around you.
The staff here were working extremely hard, not taking any breaks between clients, some of which were a little inconsiderate seeing that there was a long queue (you could have asked them to install your screen protector another time to get the line moving).
Both Harpreet and the manager did a great job helping me out, considering the circumstances. I got a great deal on 2 new iPhone 12s and 2 new phone plans to go along with them. I came back a few days later to activate another new plan for my dad also. Again, great experiences all around.
A kind reminder to be more considerate with your reviews and take the entire situation into account. These were some of the best Black Friday and Boxing Day deals, it's not realistic to not have to wait in line.
