Ali is very professional and has great customer service. I have been referred from one of my friend and I will refer him to all my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Samsung S20+ was not detecting the Sim card and when I took it to Samsung services and other repair stores, I was being quoted over $300. (My mother board needed to be replaced) When I found Maple Cell Phone and Laptop Repair, I called and Ali picked up and told me to bring my phone in so he can take a look. He was very nice upon picking up the phone so I did not hesitate to take my phone to him. When I got to his store, his customer service was excellent and I felt so welcomed and trusting of him. He told me he would call me in a week and let me know what the status of my phone is as it might be difficult to find a replacement part for such a new phone.
Ali called me the next day with great news and told me that my phone was fixed. The fact that he worked on my phone right away and got to a solution was the best part. He fixed it for such an affordable price too!! Prior to taking my phone to Ali, I took it to another repair store that had my phone for weeks without any update!
This was my first encounter with Ali and I am confident in saying that I will bring all my devices here if ever in need of a repair and recommend him to all my friends and family.. Ali's store is a 30 minute drive away from me but I would make the trip just to use his services again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why the rating for this superlative man and his service is only at 4.9. It should be 10 stars. Ali has helped me with my Microsoft Surface Pro tablet, which is a godsend since Microsoft closed all their stores. And also by resuscitating my cellphone when I spilt a smoothie on it. He is always cheerful, calm and helpful to the nth degree. His pricing is fair and his work ethic priceless. If you want great work and knowledge from a good man, look no further.

I was defeated and was about to give up considering my phone was still under warranty. However I stumbled upon Maple Laptop & Cellphone Repair. Here I met the owner, Ali, whom didn’t just retrieve my data as promised, but I walked out with a working phone. Exceptional prices and extremely good value.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a MacBook Air which was running poorly, very slow and I was just about to give up on it, then I found Maple Cellphone and Laptop repair!
It turns out I needed a new battery and the Mac OS was slow, which was reinstalled and my data was SAVED. This means, my Mac and I were SAVE too.
I am so grateful for the efficient service, knowledge provided and a truly fair price as well.
Overall I would recommend to anyone who has computer or cellphone issues to come and get or repaired/fixed here. You won’t find a more honest service and it comes with a friendly smile.
