I was hopeless and frustrated when I walked in to this salon, but fortunately, I got an amazing and satisfying result. They're friendly and defiantly professional in their field. I'm glad that I decided to dye my hair with them. If you're looking for a credible salon to dye your hair for the first time, I highly recommend this salon! I wish I'd have found out about it earlier. Afson is a wonderful person and an obsolete professional hair stylist. Thanks to her, I gained all my lost confidence after her awesome job on my hair.

After many times of tipping at the front I found out that she was never getting the tips I had left for her. I guess I should have been giving it to her myself. She always spends a lot of time on my colour so I felt horrible when I became aware. I’d rather give business to someone who knows how to treat his team right. So if you go here please pay your tips directly to the stylist!!!!

She is very nice and very professional. It's not easy to find a hairstylist on post covid days that you can trust and to be sure you are safe. She is very experienced and very kind to the customers. I would definitely recommend Afsoon.

They were very entitled and the price did not match the quality of service. I sincerely recommend no one to go here, after the experience I had. There are many better salons, with better hairdressers and better customer service who will not charge an exorbitant amount for sub-par service.
M	Maid Clean GTA's Dream Clean Team on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Groupon for both my mother and myself. The Groupon cost $37 each for partial highlights cut and antifrizz treatment. After only being able to book an appointment for my mother we arrived to get her hair done. What we recieved was a full solid or single color and a cut. No anti frizz treatment. They offer exactly what my mother recieved plus a antifrizz treatment for lower cost of $33 on Groupon. But some how they managed to take the $37 Groupon plus charged me $120. The person who cut my mother's hair didn't really speak English and seemed in a very negative mood during the whole process. She took her mask off and didn't follow covid protocol. And even got upset with my mother and said no to her when she asked for her bangs to be shorter. I am returning the Groupon I bought for myself and advising everyone that they basically conned me out of $170. For something that I could of done and she would of had better service. When I contacted Groupon to explain the situation they told me there is nothing they can do other than issue me the $7.40 Groupon dollars .

I agree with the other reviewers, the owner (he) would charge you double if have a keratin treatment from Groupon. I am very unsatisfied with the result I got. It damaged my hair with split ends. I never had split ends before and I only got it it after this treatment. It would’ve been okay and not care about charging me double if I got the result I want for my hair.

As part of the service, I got a wash and a blow-dry. They didn't try to force me into anything and did not advertise products, which was pleasant. The price was very fair.
