★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this store to set up a new Shaw Mobile account. I was told that since i have a 2 year old Motorola phone the new Shaw 5G sim cards would drain my battery like crazy. He said that he has had multiple complaints and then tried to get me to get a new phone. I wanted to research phones more so I didnt do anything at the time. I then found out from another Shaw retailer that this was in fact not true at all and that it would only drain battery faster if you were constantly on the network. I did not need a new phone at all and it should be fine if I wasn't always on it, which I will not be. I was pretty much lied to by the person at this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the 4th day since I applied for a post paid subscription and still waiting for my mobile phone. When I call the store, a store employee interrupted me while I am talking and said they were busy. I called 8 hours later, and they said the phone was just within the province but it was already 4 days!. I will not transact again with this store. Transact with Amazon or Bestbuy, even if your orders are from another province, it will come in 2-3 days. Absolutely after sales customer service is not that excellent.
