I am loyal to this location always had great service from the associates or the managers. many managers changed but the service never declined. So I forgot the coupon which getting sent to us to our house address but I forgot to take the coupon when I went today and it happened with us couple of times that we forgot the coupon but in past the manager or associate is very accommodating considering the fact I am one of their regular customer from longtime. Today they were so amendment and didn't offer me coupon discount. I can totally understand if I am first time visitor or playing games to get discount but I felt that being a loyal customer they disrespected and didn't do it right. By the way I have three vehicles and all goes to this location only for service. In this competitive market if they don't respect the loyalty then I may have to consider the company which does value the loyalty and keep the smile on the face of there customers. It is not about $10 buck but the value. I hope the owner or the manager will read this comments and will train the associates to make it right for future customers. Thank You

D	Dawn McMurray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I had the pleasure of meeting Judy at Mr. LUBE. I came in for a tire repair, where I was informed du to liability issues that they could not repair. She filled up the tires, put on a rear wiper blade and topped up fluids and did a free inspection tion and tested the battery. She recommended changing ingredients it. I did not and declined that service . She also got me a tire quote. So next day my vehicle would not start. And today Sunday my Dad boosted it and I gave Judy a call and now I got a new battery. Still waiting for tires to arrive I'm in the car business so I k ow there are delays on shipping. I am happy with her servi e. And considering I spent no money there and got a complimentary once o er. But I dad purchase tires. Due to Judy I will be back . Also Jason the manager was wonderful as well.

Staff are friendly and courteous and always let me know what services should be done on my vehicle according to manufacturer's specifications.
