I had an AWESOME experience buying a used vehicle here. Steve J, the salesman, was very straightforward and honest with me. The atmosphere there was fantastic. Employees were wearing their football jerseys and playing pickle ball. It was fun and relaxing. Best of all was dealing with Alicia B, who is over-the-top friendly, enthusiastic and cheerful. Not to mention extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle there!

Buying a car in 2022 can be very stressful. I'm so thankful for Hyundai/Kia Clarington and their outstanding customer service. My sales consultant Grant was highly motivated to find me a used car that fit all my needs for a good price. If you're looking a car, new or used, I would highly recommend paying a visit.

Right from walking into the dealership at Clarington Hyundai, I had a spectacular experience. My sales rep Ken was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind and helped me figure out what I could purchase. Also, I need to mention both Rob, Alicia and Ian, who all were fantastic to deal with and helped me get my concerns & purchase sorted out. Thanks Clarington Hyundai for a wonderful car purchase!

Every Dealership needs a Steve Jimmo. If you’re in search for a new vehicle, you need to go see Steve at Clarington Hyundai. Steve worked within our budget and helped us find our perfect vehicles that fit every criteria we were looking for, plus some. He is fast with his email responses, and knows how to get the job done fast and efficiently. It was really easy, and took no time at all. Alicia in finance is also amazing, who works closely with Steve to work it all out. I couldn’t be happier with the service received, so we went back for our second vehicle only a week later! Thank you to Steve and Alicia.

The sales lady was very pleasant, but management kept changing the price of my new vehicle. However, their service department did a great job when I needed help. I was looked after extremely well and will continue to have my new car looked after by them.

I had troubles with my vehicle due to some recalls. It was a hot mess but thanks to the amazing Hyundai staff, Jason and management, they worked with me collaboratively to come to a resolution. My family was hard hit by the pandemic and our situation was dire. Jason and management went to bat and advocated for me. I'm a single mom and I don't have a guy in my life to help me with understanding any car issues. And with an engine replacement situation, you can imagine my fears and stress with it all while trying to survive the economic hardship of the pandemic. It truly felt like the staff were an extension of family. They supported me, made sure my engine was replaced, and took care of me and my son's safety with this vehicle. Furthermore, just last week, I had to have all my tires replaced, and again, who helped me navigate this unknown world of cars for me? Jason. Thank you Jason and management for all you did to help me through some of the most difficult times of my life. So much was going on in our lives and if it wasn't for my family, we would have been homeless. And if it wasn't for Jason, we would have also been carless. You know, my papa lead me to your Hyundai dealership before passing away and I know that he's looking down now, thankful for you Jason, for helping his granddaughter. God rest is soul. Thank you for always going above and beyond, every single time, I am so thankful to you and the super hero management team. Thanks for saving the day as always. If the world were full of Jason's, this world would be a kinder place.
